BUCKLE TO BUCKLE LIFETIME WARRANTY

All Charles-Hubert, Paris 18KT Gold Collection watches come with our exclusive LIFETIME BUCKLE-TO-BUCKLE WARRANTY against manufacturer's defects. If for any reason during the lifetime of your watch a problem occurs because of our workmanship or material used, it will be fixed at our repair facility under warranty.

Please note that 18KT Gold is not as durable a material as stainless steel and can stretch or otherwise lose its shape with wear and this is not considered defective. Also, normal maintenance such as (but not exclusively) battery changes and internal cleanings are not included.

Wear and tear of leather straps on selected models are also excluded from this warranty.  We reserve the right either to repair or to replace the watch depending parts availability.

BUCKLE TO BUCKLE LIFETIME WARRANTY

We hereby warranty our watch ‘BUCKLE TO BUCKLE LIFETIME’ to the original owner. However, we will not be responsible for any consequential damages arising from ownership or use of this watch.  Should there be any mechanical or functional defect found, please return the watch to:

Together with a check or money order in the amount of US $10.00. This is not a repair charge,  but rather a service charge to cover the cost of shipping, insurance and handling. Classic Collection
LIFETIME WARRANTY

We hereby grant a Lifetime warranty for the Watch movement and a one year warranty against manufacturing defects to the original owner from the date of purchase.  Physical damages to the case, band. crystal, crown or tampering or abuse of the Watch are excluded from the warranty. Parts of wear and tear (battery, leather strap) will not be covered.

Writing Instruments
Warranty

All Charles Hubert, Paris writing instruments are unquestionably guaranteed against mechanical failure regardless of age. Any Charles-Hubert, Paris product or part requiring service will be repaired or replaced when returned to us. Refills are excluded from this warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. We will not be responsible for any consequential damages arising from ownership or use of the writing instrument. This warranty is void if the defect is determined to be caused by tampering and/or abuse of the product.

If your Charles-Hubert, Paris writing instrument becomes inoperative due to mechanical failure, return it to Unitron Enterprise Corp. with your check or money order for the amount of $6.50. This is not a repair charge but rather a service charge to cover the cost of shipping, handling and insurance for returning the repaired or replaced writing instrument back to you.
