We at Ernestandleegifts.com want you to be happy with your Gift. If for any reason however, you are not satisfied with an item you may return it for either an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping) within 30 days of the purchase date towards most of the items that we sell on our website.

Please be aware of the following exceptions:

A) All jewellery items are refundable 15 days from the date of purchase
B) All electronic items are refundable 15 days from the date of purchase

C) Some items are marked as non-returnable

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

The product is undamaged and 100% within its original packaging and tags are included.

All original receipts and invoices accompany the purchase.

All products shipped COD will NOT be accepted.

Returns received without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will not be accepted.

There is no specific warranty offered on any product unless stated on the product description page and/or original invoice.

We will issue a refund, repair, or replacement for authorized returns.
If the there is a manufacturer's defect, a RMA request must be made within fourteen days of delivery by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it In order to receive your RMA number please provide the following information:
1. Your name
2. Your phone number including the area code.
3. Your receipt number and product description.
4. Please describe in detail the reason for the return.

Undeliverable Packages:
Sometimes packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns the package to us, we issue a full refund (less shipping). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us. If you would still like to purchase the item, you are welcome to place a new order from ernestandleegifts.com.

Please Note the Following:

We are only able to issue refunds to the original purchaser of the product.

When an item is returned the shipping cost was included on the original purchase price, the actual shipping cost that was paid by us will be deducted from the amount that is refunded.

If returning goods from outside of Canada, please mark the customs declaration as a return of goods with $0.00 value as Ernest and Lee Gifts will not be liable for duties and taxes charged on returned items.

We will deal with your approved refund promptly, usually within 4 working days of receipt of the returned goods. The refund may take up to 15 working days to make it’s way through the banking system.

Some items are non-returnable they will be marked clearly on the product-shopping cart.

All sales become final after 30 days.

All Christmas returns must be received by January 30th.

Shipping Polices:
In order to make your shopping experience with Ernest and Lee Gifts a more enjoyable one, we have incorporated the approximate costs of shipping and handling into the retail price of all the items that we sell.

Various shipping companies will be used by our manufacturers and according to where you are living they will use whichever shipping company works best to ship these items to you. Depending on the items purchased, some packages will be delivered via FEDEX & USPS in the U.S. & FEDEX & CANADA POST within Canada. Generally speaking UPS Ground is the most common method of shipping within the US. Please allow transit times from 5-10 business days depending on your location and from what manufacturer that the product is being shipped from.

PLEASE NOTE if you have purchased multiple unrelated products from our site your items may not arrive all together in one shipment. For these types of orders you can expect to receive more than one shipment coming to you. If tracking numbers are available we will supply them to you by e-mail for all your purchases as soon as we have been informed they are ready to be shipped out to you.
